We handle everything from full ground-up semi-custom van conversions to single-system upgrades on vans, trucks, and SUVs. This includes electrical and solar installs, suspension upgrades, bumpers and winches, roof racks, interior cabinetry, and ongoing service and maintenance. If it is adventure-vehicle related, we can probably help.

Our primary platform for semi-custom builds is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. For upgrades and service we also work on Ford Transit, Winnebago, and Storyteller vans. We also work on trucks and SUVs for overland accessories and suspension. Not sure if your vehicle qualifies? Just ask.

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a vague idea and we help shape it into a plan. Whether you know exactly what you want or just know you want something better, the form is the right first step. We will ask the right questions to figure out what makes sense for your vehicle, lifestyle, and budget.

A semi-custom van conversion typically takes 12 to 16 weeks once we start your project. Lead times before we begin are usually 1 to 3 months depending on current workload and parts procurement. We are a small shop and only work on one semi-custom build at a time, which is part of why the quality is what it is.

Upgrade and service timelines vary by scope and current workload. A single-system install like solar or a roof rack can often be scheduled within a few weeks. More complex multi-system upgrades take longer to plan and execute. Reach out and we will give you a realistic timeframe once we understand what you need.

We schedule free 15-minute consultations for larger and more complex projects, including semi-custom builds, multi-system electrical work, and major overland truck builds. For simpler requests like a single upgrade or routine service, we will often handle it with an email or a quick estimate without needing a formal call. Either way, the form is the right place to start.

Cost depends entirely on scope, including the vehicle, the systems, the materials, and the features you want. We always work closely with clients to stay within budget while delivering what you actually need. The best way to get a real number is to fill out the form and we will build a custom estimate scoped to your specific project.

We cannot sell you a van directly, but we can help you select the right platform, guide you through the buying process, and recommend dealers in Colorado and Utah. We also occasionally have turnkey custom vans available for sale, which is worth checking if you want to skip the wait.

We offer a 1-year warranty from delivery date covering workmanship and materials on all semi-custom builds. We use premium components and stand behind our work. After delivery we are also available for ongoing service, upgrades, and support. We are not done with your rig just because it left the shop.

We do not offer in-house financing. We are transparent about costs from the start, however, and happy to discuss structure during your consultation.
